"We arrived at the hotel at 2:15 pm and our room was not ready, they said come back at 3:00 pm. After driving for over 4 hours to get to the hotel we were upset and pissed for their poor administration that the room could only be ready at the check in time. We have traveled over 45 countries in the past 50 years we have never ever waited for check in time, always by noon rooms were ready….bad administration!
