"A very nice hotel, quite expensive, but it is nearly new so everything is clean and tidy. The self checkin was broken, so we had to speak to the helpdesk, the were very efficient. "A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location of Evian. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold. "Our small family of three stayed here for one night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and let my husband and son hang out after check out while I searched for cough medicine. Location is terrific if you like cities! We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby Eritrean restaurant and walked to L’Hermitage museum the next day. It’s not a luxurious space but that’s not the charm. We loved it and would stay there again. "
