"We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment was as expected in size. Everything was working and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The lady meeting us with the keys and showing us the apartment was very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend getting familiar with Google translate as it helped with communication. "This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. The value for money is still not too bad, but it would have been good to know about the charges when we were booking. The building's lift did...

"The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several."

"A well maintained, 2nd floor property, on the edge of Les Gets. All amenities are within a short walking, yet located in a quiet area of the town. Property was introduced to us by one of the concierge team, who ensured everything was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Well laid out apartment with WC and shower rooms located next to each of the bedrooms, the double on the lower floor and the twin room on the mezzanine. Lovely view from the living area window/balcony."

"The apartment has everything you need for a week skiing as a family with young children, it’s small but well organized and very well equipped. However its major advantage is the location. It’s right there in the middle of the station, literally in front of the Carrefour and next to a wide range of shops and restaurants and a very short ski slide to the teleski to take you to the main ski areas. Communication with Cedric/Sandra was excellent. We would return for sure."

"We previously stayed at the apartment in 2018 and had been really impressed by the location, the quality of the apartment and the check in process, so were keen to re-book this year when coming back to Avoriaz. Things started poorly with the check in process. We drove to Avoriaz from the UK and based our arrival time on the check-in times given to us for the booking.
