"This stay was amazing, though it should be noted that Arlecchino was closed down and the hotel booking was actually for Hotel Olympia next door. This was an AMAZING hotel, the staff (specifically Maria) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had canal views out the window. Location was right by the Piazzale Roma (transit) and great restaurants with easy walking access everywhere. Highly recommend!"

"This is my third time at this hotel I love how friendly the staff and how convenient to get to train station. The only challenge if you're walking tall hard to find room number's since they are on the carpet and some very faded. 😀"

"The hotel was quite difficult to find (as most hotels in Venice are!) on a dark, wet January night. Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable and the location was handy for the transport links. The breakfast was disappointing however. "

"Older building and checking in was a bit confusing at first but the staff communicated and was very friendly. It's not a typical hotel stay but a boutique style so we felt like we were local Romans, not a tourist. There is no front desk upon arrival. You have to go up to the second floor. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. Sleeping with blinds, shutters and drapes still feels like sleeping on the street in this hotel. Bed and other furniture passed its usable age long back but it is still not replaced. Tap in the bathroom kept leaking whole...
