"Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3 nights and got used to so this did not cause to much bother. Will definitely return"

"Right in the middle of Carmarthen with plenty of parking available. Lovely large room with everything you need. Evening meal was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good too. "

"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. The hotel interior hallways could use some updating, but could you could tell it was a very nice space in it's heyday. i appreciate that the hotel takes measures to conserve energy. Rooms use a keycard system to turn on electricity in the rooms, like in the EU. Hallways lights are operated by motion sensor - when I opened by room door the hallway was dark - which startled my wife - but when you step outside of your room into the hallway, it lights up completely. Our room was nice and clean, towels fresh, bed comfy - all we needed for our stay. We did have a lovely breakfast in the restaurant, which was delicious. A very nice stay."

"We found the staff to be very friendly and helpfull and the room was very comfortable . We only stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a spell of fine,sunny weather but was disappointed by the lack of outside seating for enjoying an afternoon drink from the excellent bar."

"It was a lovely room apart from the bed nees a new mattress but apart from that everything was fine and the stafg at the restaurant was so so helpful with our booking can not fault them they were amazing and the carvery well the best we have had staying these places 😀 "

Attending an event with overnight accommodation so did not have time to experience the hospitality of the Spa but everything at the hotel met with great satisfaction and would recommend and will definitely return when next in the area - thank you for your hospitality!"
