"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We had the family room, which was two rooms. This was great for our family of two adults and two teens. The beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was so cute, and it was nice to each have our own bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful. We were there on a Thursday at the end of November. Many stores and restaurants were closed, but we still found a great restaurant to eat dinner at, and there were a handful of shops open. Tossa de Mar was super quiet and...

"Basic, no frills, close to beach"

"There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage??? Take it to the beach? “The hotel” looks like a dead building. It was great last year with proper concierge, but this year is a total disaster. No fridge in the room! There is NO ice!
