"Great hotel in a great location, plenty of things to do all in just a short walk away"

"Overall excellent two night stay. Check in was quick and easy with a pleasant welcome. Room was spacious with huge 7ft bed and great facilities including a nespresso coffee machine. Even though the room overlooked the main road it wasn't an issue at all with hardly any traffic through the night. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had breakfast both mornings and food, drink and service were all excellent, plus the restaurant itself is a lovely environmemt. "Lovely spa and amenities in general. Room was spacious and quiet with blackout curtains. I'd definitely recommend it. That said, there were some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. I raised it with the staff on reception which was really positive and they helped. Key issue was a very dirty and old showerhead - a quick fix from maintenance. "

"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "
