"The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!"

"The 200 sqft Cozy King was suitable for my spouse, our toddler and I for a weekend trip to Tahoe. The room was tidy and equipped with the basics. Very conveniently walking distance to Heavenly village which had everything we needed to enjoy our trip; I.e. coffee, shoppes, and restaurants. We plan to stay again during the summer! "

"Decent hotel, very friendly staff. I asked for a step in shower with no tub, I was given a wheelchair accessible room, but it had a tub. Strange set up for handicapped room. This also left me with virtually no counter space. Very thin towels, torn shower curtain. Mattress was very hard, but I would have been able to sleep ok if person next door didn’t have tv on full blast past 1am. Asked front desk to at least call them to ask for them to lower volume, but that didn’t happen. On a positive...

"Great location with a short walk to the gondola or the casinos. Great price for the stay. It is nice they have updated the rooms. The rooms were spacious and had a fridge and micro. "
