"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "Amazing staff, VIEWS, & location. Room was dated -furniture and bed. The views are to die for, restaurant was beautiful romantic, good food. Easy easy to take train or boats anywhere... I would stay here again and again, and... again. "
