"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and we loved the location in the rice fields of Phong Nga! The owner provided bicycles for us to ride around the area for the day. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but the communal area was nice. Would definitely stay again. (FYI, we were told that it's pronounced "She's Homestay")"

"The location of this hotel was nice, beautiful scenery. It was a clean room. It was nice that I could pay extra to be picked up from my bus, especially when it was kind of late 10pm. But I actually felt unwelcome kind of odd like I wasn’t supposed to be there. "Fantastic place to stay with amazing views, staff and service. Also enjoyed the free bikes and being able to rent a motorbike and go on the cave tours. The staff made everything easy and were very kind!"

"Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. It was a brief stay for one night but loved this area so much we wished we stayed longer. Limited tourism which is right up my street but plenty to do in the day and night "

"We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "

"Well, I find it Ironic that Hotels.com send me an email for a review of a hotel I did not even stay in! I had booked 3 nights through hotels.com for Saigon Phong Nha Hotel. When I arrived there was no one at the property to even check me in. I looked around everywhere for someone. The front of the building has a restaurant/function room and all the lights were left on. I could walk anywhere I wanted in the hotel and not a single staff member to be seen. The reception desk unattended. The...

"Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-(("
