"Sometimes the measure of a place (and a host) is how things hold up when stuff doesn't go well. This house and its owner aced that test. We arrived on a cold night to find there was no heat -- and a snowstorm with temperatures approaching zero was on the way. Two members of Kevin's team arrived quickly to help solve the problem, and Kevin secured an emergency fuel delivery. The house was toasty warm by bedtime, and we had a great weekend. The house was perfect for our group (4 adults and 5 kids)...
