"Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. "

"Group of my closest friends from high school stayed on Red Hill Mountain at this superbly rustic and comfortable Claryville farmhouse. Each of us taking respite from work, family, kids, spouses and modernity, we all spent "Groundhog's Day" weekend hiking, hot tubbing, cooking, watching a movie* and relaxing by the fire. With most stores more than a half-hour away, we took advantage of the large versatile farmhouse kitchen when preparing our meals; which were needed after the 2-mile round-trip...

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape."

"My past stay at the Fawn Hill Cabin was my first time using Vrbo. Moving forward, my standard of cleanliness and hospitality has reached a new high. The cabin was spotless and the check in process was a breeze. The grounds were well kept and the location was priceless. I will 100% return to the Fawn Hill Cabin in the future and recommend it to family/friends. Hands down one of my new favorite places to stay to relax my mind. "

"Cozy stay. House was inviting. All essentials provided. Stayed with friends and enjoyed a weekend of skiing at Belleayre. While we could have made a dinner, we opted for the Phoenicia dinner, which did not disappoint. Fast and fantastic! Definitely recommend. "
