"Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"Staff was great. The family gave us a tour of their wonderful garden ( olive, apple, lemon, kiwi etc trees). Room was very comfortable. It is walkable to the old town ( 30 minutes). My only negative would be that the towels need to replaced. Highly recommend this stay. "

"We loved staying here, the double room was modern, comfortable and clean. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the balcony and room, Ivanka even had a cutting board and utensils which was perfect for preparing fruit from the nearby market! "So this isnt a hotel or an apartment. Its a bedroom with a bathroom, fridge and kettle. Which is underrated because there are so many nice places to eat nearby (plus loads of excursions) a kitchen will be a waste of money as you will not want to cook. Suited me perfectly. Really nice decoration, clean and comfortable. An extra clean was done during my stay with the towels all replenished. Wonderful location, everywhere bar the airpoort was walkable. Entrance was discretely in a alleyway next...
