"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. "Lovely studio apartment. Very close to old town. There is a bridge connected the pier to the old town, just 5 mins away from the apartment. The room is very clean, comfortable with a touch of good interior design. Love the Bose mini sound system for some lovely music from the playlist you want at night. "

"This property is in a great location just minutes to Old Town. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment was very clean and provided some basic necessities for cooking and toiletries etc. I would recommend this property for sure "

"The upper floor was toasty with a very small draft of wind coming from the air conditioner which only functioned when guests were in the room as per the rules of the property. The shower was superb the toilet seat was not - however the staff fixed the seat within one day. The pool was fantastic ! The hotel owner was very friendly and pleasant. She had a fabulous restaurant with good sized portions. The kitchen was decent. The hotel needed better cooling system as all the rooms were very hot. "

"Die Wohnung und selbst das Haus war sehr schön, sauber. Der Eigentümer des Hauses war auch vor Ort. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir gebraucht hatten undas Auto konnten wir auch im Hof parken. Der Eigentümer Herr Stipcic hat Tips gegeben, war immer freundlich und offen. Dafur gib ich 5 Sterne. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige wo wir überrascht waren. Wir haben eine 4 Zimmer wohnung gemietet und das war nur eine 3 Zimmer wohnung. Da hat die Agentur uns was falsches vermitteln. Zum Glück...

"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Beautiful property! Grounds and pool were lovely, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Sladjana at guest services was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us when we had a problem with our car - she was awesome and went way above and beyond! Only complaint was the bed smelled of pet urine - maybe a little extra cleanup would have helped. Otherwise everything was beyond expectations."

"We had one of our best family holidays to-date at the Falkensteiner campsite in Zadar. It’s a lovely location, with a fab pool, and Zadar is a lovely charming city. There are great restaurants on-site and also within walking distance, and everyone was super friendly. The kids loved the kids club. All in all a lovely relaxing experience. "
