"Die Wirtsleute sind einfach nur herzlich und lieb . Sie versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es ist dort sehr sauber und das Personal aufmerksam . Das Abendessen ist dort einfach nur köstlich . Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten , aber auch hier werden zusätzliche Wünsche erfüllt . Die Lage ist toll und in der Umgebung gibt es viel Schönes zusehen . Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt !"

"Has potential.. Arrived in the height of summer although adequate albeit a bit tired looking, it was not the cleanest and AC was broken, they sent a maintenance guy who said it needed something changing on the roof and it would be sorted the next day as everyone had left for the day. "The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"Overall experience was great only the tans are very close to each other- our stay was during October so we were there alone but in case of season it would be very crowdy and just a little privacy on the other hand sauna was great and the beach very close is beautiful indeed!"
