"Very open and airy. Staff welcoming,friendly, and attentive. Being disabled I had requested a ground floor room, which I got. However it was a box room, with the bed against the wall on one side and barely a foot on the other side to get in. The bed was very soft, therefore not that comfortable for me. "

"Cleanliness of room was good to begin with but unfortunately the daily cleaning of the room wasn’t up to standard. No toilet brush was provided - not normally an issue if the bathroom is cleaned every day. It wasn’t. Bed wasn’t properly made - the duvet was just tucked in but sheets not straightened and floors not vacuumed. We were staying for three nights so would have expected a better cleaning service and for tea and coffee supplies to be replenished daily. Our room was comfortable and...

"Staff are wonderful especially at reception"

"Hotel room was fine. Big enough for us with our daughter in the bunk. Shower was a bit mouldy but otherwise ok. Outside noise was intrusive and disruptive running late into Saturday night. Room 110 is also on a busy corner street with cars revving up towards the seafront circuit. Breakfast was ok but limited choice of eggs. "
