"Thiabis a great property. Recently startedanz was a great experience stayjnc here. The Staff is amazingjy courteous and helpful. The restaurant serves some amazing food. Kanhaiya was a great host at the restaurant. He served some amazing food. Sharad Patil was really helpful. Mr Samar and all the Duty managers were very helpful and courteous. "The facility was at continent location for my travel. The restaurant has decent food, but the rooms are old and overdue for renovations. Bathrooms needs major updates. Despite many complains and attempts by the staff the internet didn't work. I usually work when I travel, and this was a major disappointment. "

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "

"I booked for 4 pax but when I called to inform that guests will be late, the reservations staff insisted that only 3 rooms were booked, I called three times. I had to ask hotels.com to call the hotel about my booking. That is a bad service to think that it was late in the night when my guests were supposed to arrive. "
