Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant.
