"This was my first trip to Rotterdam. I lucked out with this hotel. For someone looking for a typical hotel experience, simply look at the name. The staff was excellent and friendly. I rented a bike at the front desk and I was able to easily get around town. The note in the room was a special touch. The bar/restaurant on site was excellent. "

Due to the time of year (summer) it was incredibly hot in the hotel, and the ventilation of the room was unfortunately not good. The staff kindly provided a fan, however it didn’t work.
