"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. He let us know that the hotel had complimentary water taxi to Murano and we took advantage. We did go on our own to Burano and had a lovely complimentary breakfast . Only issue...

"I don’t usually share reviews, but this hotel was extremely nice.receptionist service was phenomenal the way they took care of the rooms when we were gone was spotless. The hotel stay was beautiful. We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution.
