"Self check in seems like more hassle than worth especially as staff on hand to help/do. Would have been far smoother to have a normal check in desk. Not like I got paid to work for them and do the job. Slave labour... Room ok, mid range fair. No glasses for bathroom. No towel rail either! And worst, advertising bedside charger so only brought a usb but turned out no bedside socket of any sort. Bed comfortable. Room seemed quite enough. Bar prices reasonable. Advertising cocktails, yet dont...

"Our stay was okay, the room was very cold and took a while to heat up and as we arrived late we would have appreciated an ambient temperature. We were in room 222 and there were blood stains beneath the shower on the floor? The breakfast was good. The leather seats in the lounge have seen better days there was a chuck of leather and foam stuffing out of one if them. The staff seemed nice."
