"The place was nice and quaint (not quiet). The pool was excellent. It was clean! They offer coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The room was clean, the sheets smelled clean, we were 3 people and the place was large enough. There is a TV in the room with 2 remote controls one to turn on the TV, the other to change the channels. There is little explanation on how to switch to streaming services which they claim we had access to, but that was not a deal breaker, I was there to rest, not to watch TV. ...

"Very charming hotel overlooking the lake. Lovely landscaping made for beautiful outdoor spaces to lie in a hammock, sit by the water, etc. Our room was clean and nice, but the bathroom and sheets could have been better. Breakfast was good - you get some options of traditional Guatemalan, more American style, pancakes, yogurt/granola etc. It is built into the hillside over the lake so there is some walking up and down to get around, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage.
