"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. "There didn’t seem to be enough staff around the bar and reception areas. Also it should be made more clearer that the spa is an extra cost. We used it twice thinking it was complimentary only to get the bill on check out which wasn’t the best. Also breakfast over priced for the same thing every day"

"Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return."
