This was our first experience with swiss railways and they were patient and helpful with each of our inquiries. The location could not be more convenient to the rail station and restaurants. "

"Hotel was good and staff where very friendly. However, there was major construction going on across the street. The construction went on all throughout the early mornings from 4 to 7 a.m. Although this is not the fault of the property it is not acceptable to have this noise while guests are sleeping. "
