There are quite a few restaurants and other services within easy walking distance. We are thinking of extending our stay for two more nights because of the central location in western Switzerland. "The hotel was good overall. The walk up the hill from the train station was challenging with luggage. When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The sign at the desk advised we could call, however as we only had a data plan, we couldn’t. I walked the stairs and eventually found someone who could call the number. The small lift was helpful, and our room was big enough for a family of four. The beds were comfy, and the shower was good, though the room felt a bit dark....

"Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais...

"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."
