"The room was brand new and so nice and spacious, everything felt spotlessly clean. So impressed by the bathroom and again, so impressed by the cleaning service! Provided a mini fridge/freezer and some dishes, which was great as a nice grocery store was across the street so could enjoy fresh produce in the room. Very important during a long vacation haha. Great central location, staff were really helpful with parking accommodations too!"

"Our toilet was wobbly. The whole apartment floor was shaky too!! It felt like there were earthquakes happening, but according to geonet there were none happening. Because of this reason we were very concerned about the structural integrity of the hotel itself and wouldnt stay again for this reason. Also charged $30 per day per car to park at the hotel. However everything else was excellent."

"The hotel had everything you needed for a stay in Auckland. The hotel was clean with many modern amenities. It is also located in a great location that is so close to many attractions (Sky Tower, the harbor and train station). What put this hotel over the top was the was the staff, especially the front desk employee (not sure of her name) that worked the evening shift. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. "

"When paid for the wheel chair accommodation but not once in our 3 night stay we could get a car park was inconvenient as we had to struggle getting up and down the stair with our disability the car parked in the car parked in parking space had no disability sticker and were always the same 2 cars which i think must have been staff from the restaurant "
