"We were impressed with the staff and service. However, the walls seemed paper thin as we could hear the coversations of the people next door. The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing."

"The £5 a night parking charge surprised me, perhaps I missed this when reading your website. Also, the barrier preventing me driving into the car park was down thus, I could not drive in. Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good.
