"Very nice experiencing the traditional Japanese culture, including the hot springs and the food. The staffs are nice and food are delicious. It is very relaxing. Even though, the staffs are mostly from foreign places, they still are able to provide the traditional Japanese experience. "

"Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers.
