"I liked that the property was a quick 10-13 minute drive from all the downtown Charleston areas. The lobby was nice and it was convenient that it had a snack bar. The room was comfortable and spacious enough but the sheets/pillows were very comfortable to me. Bathroom door was a barn door that didn’t lock which was inconvenient with our toddler because he kept wanting to open the door or play with it while someone was trying to use the bathroom. Guests were noisy even though I noticed a sign in...

"The front desk was less than thrilled to check us in. Then said the cleaning staff were running behind. So not only is it a late check-in (4pm) we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The second guy that came to help with check in was a lot friendlier. You have to pay to park, but we had already paid for parking for the day elsewhere due to having such a late check in. We were given an adjoining room to a couple with young children. I have 5 kids of my own, but on a vacation I did not bring...

"Great price, awesome breakfast. Under construction but building could have been cleaner."

"Mixed review. The hotel staff was great, and special shout out to the staff taking care of the M Club because they were amazing. While the hotel was clean it shows a lot of signs of wear and tear. Patio furniture outside had holes and tears in the cushions, there were tables with water damage, M Club had same issues with the furniture. Food was good and reasonably priced. Cleaning staff did well our first few days but last couple of days there were misses with room cleaning and re-supplying."
