"Our 1 night stay at this hotel was great !! Every employee we had any contact with was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. The employees here are a huge asset to this business. The hotel has had a fairly recent refurbishment and is very beautiful ! The only negative for us was a lack of soundproofing between rooms, particularly doors closing & people talking in rooms on either side of ours. "Great and friendly staff. Special thanks to Quintin who saved our day. Ride back to hotel in an Uber and realized that I had dropped my phone in the car. Wife phoned it but the ringer was on silent. We were very concerned when Quentin said you can use “find my phone” with a desktop computer. He searched and I entered my ID and the Uber driver call back to my wife’s phone and 5 minutes later he showed up with my phone. Quentin you saved me. "The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff are so good too. It’s a shame the pool, and rooms could all do with an upgrade. Particularly the pool area. Very tired. The cleaners were lovely but every time they cleaned they either forgot coffee or toilet rolls. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely return. "
