"All people were super nice and accommodating. There were improvements being made and those men were very nice also. The breakfast had several delicious choices. Good coffee too. "

"Very good for the price the only thing is I found a few eye lashes in the towels but other then that nice layout very spacious bathroom isn’t so spacious but it worked for our stay staff was extremely nice got 4 waters upon arrival. I will stay here again if ever in the area "

"We were stranded in KC due to a blizzard on 1/5/25 and in desperation to find a hotel, we found the Hilton Kansas City Airport. The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless. From the wait staff, to the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, we couldn't be more thankful for the kindness and resilience they...

"The front desk staff were super kind and helpful throughout our stay as well as the bussing staff throughout our breakfast! I wish the hotel itself would get with the times, it’s in desperate need of an update and facelift. "

"i wanted the pool warmer. all snowed in.bar and restaurant closed on Sunday night. generally,staff very helpful. perhaps due to weather, no Housekeeping offered.happy with shuttle"

"I must admit, while this is a pretty nice hotel, I was taken aback with the cost of the breakfast boxes and the laundry. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta hotels and the guest laundry was free. "
