"Nice hotel, in a prime location, hotel staff were nice and hospitable. My only complaint is the shower head had different settings on it that didnt work, and the water pressure was high so the water hits hard, and there was some mystery stains on the walls that could of been cleaned up."

"What originally brought me to this location is that the manager/owner answered every evaluation whether it was good, bad, or otherwise. It takes a lot of time and effort to do that, so thumbs up for the management. Everything went well with my stay. There was a bit of an odor in my room (229) but when the air conditioner was on, it seemed to dissipate a bit. The baseboards in the bathroom need to be cleaned. But I was overall happy with my stay."

"What a pleasant surprise. Was driving through KC on my way to Denver from the East Coast and needed a place for the night. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn property in years. I'm usually a Hilton or Marriott person. Wow. The associate at check in was friendly and professional. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was standard fair. I will say the coffee wasn't very good. I would absolutely stay here again, and lately I don't feel like I say that very often. "

"Love this hotel, I come from out of town at least twice a year, great hotel, great staff, great location and cost. Breakfast is very poor, but I can live without it. They REALLY should tell owner,manager to take some of the profits and pay for a carpet cleaning company to come clean the carpets, it wouldn’t cost but a couple thousand dollars and it would make a world of difference, do not need new carpets, just clean the ones you have, hotel looks great over all but carpets definitely need...
