"It was very clean but the elevator smelled too much of a metal polisher. Maybe not use the polisher every single time. The view in the back was of someone else’s house which was very close. Not a big fan. Maybe some louvres. Otherwise, place and staff was great! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mansion Buenavista in El Nido, where the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional with attentive staff (special shoutout to Mimi) who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast choices and Filipino food for dinner. Overall, the tour, massage, transfers, and other services such as laundry at this place was worth it. "The property is located right next to a busy wet market and above a busy store. It is very crowded to enter the property diring certain times of the day. Once inside you're not aware of whats going on outside. Corong corong beach is right behind the property. It is not a swimming beach. It's basically a boat anchoage. You cannot sun bathe or swim. The property is about a 15 minute walk from El Nido town center. You can take a tricycle, but beware they jack up the rates SIGNIFICANTLY for...

"It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The Property is fairly well maintained. The room was clean and the food was good in the mornings. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and were easily available. They we're able to book all of my outings directly from the hotel. Therefore, save yourself some money and time and let the hotel do all your bookings and transportation needs. Trikes were only a hundred pesos back and forth to town and were easily accessible. I would recommend this resort, but be very specific on the room...
