"Highs and lows at the Hygge Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and new. The public spaces are tastefully decorated. Our room in the new section was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping.
