"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"The decor of the hotel was wonderful. It has a modern comic-ish style. My favorite part of this stay, however, is the sauna that never closes. I loved having a personal sauna to relax the muscles. I say "personal" because NO ONE EVER CAME DOWNSTAIRS. After a night of food and drink, the sauna and a shower thereafter was the best 1-2 combo before bed.
