"The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated. They even carried out (incredibly heavy!!) suitcases upstairs for us. "Had a lovely two night stay. The corner bath was a deciding factor when deciding where to stay. We found the place to be clean and although we didn’t see staff we also didn’t have a need to see them. The key lock was easy to use to collect the key and return it. They were aware of my wife’s dietary needs as we had enquired about places to eat. When we arrived along with the usual tea/coffee biscuit were some harribo which felt like they cared enough to look into alternatives for gluten free....
