"Love Aviemore so booked the Spey valley lodges. The lodges are starting to look quite run down, especially the outside with peeling paint. The inside is a little dated but was clean enough. One of the single beds had no bottom sheet on it and a dead spider lying between blanket.Obviously this bed was not made up fresh. Check in is 5pm and checkout was 10am I find this utterly ridiculous. I did enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar. Staff were nice. I would come again but not at the prices they...

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Inch Hotel. It's in such a great spot - our day was spent visiting Culloden and Loch Ness with the intention of driving onwards towards Fort William. "Great stay as always, the hotel could do with a little bit of TLC when it comes to things like floorboards. I got in really late and when I hit the pillow I had the floorboards creaking like the ceiling was going to come in. "

"The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. "

"The rooms were spacious and clean. I didn't prefer to book a hotel with a shared bathroom, but here it was no problem. The bathroom was spacious, clean, near to the room, and no problem with availability. The hotel manager was friendly and on street parking was ample and convenient. "

"If I could give the "staff" more than five stars, I would. Anni is the owner and she is very welcoming, as well as funny and kind. The property is very cozy and secluded. I spent almost my entire stay stuck in bed with a cold, but my family tells me the local area and restaurants are great."
