"Very good location for seeing the sights of the Highlands Only one very minor suggestion and that is to change the smoke alarm nearest the kitchen, it would trigger even with lightly done toast, no smoke or burning, I'm guessing someone has had an issue with this before as I pushed the button on the detector trying to reset/quiten it but the whole thing fell away from the ceiling, it is held in there with tissue paper wrapped around the screws, not great for safety as it runs on mains power, no...

"Alright my mother is 74 and aunt 68 and in good shape but hauling our luggage 6 flights of stairs was a challenge. Just be prepared to pack an overnight bag and you'll be happier. You have to make reservations for the pool but the view was amazing. "

"Unique location ...close to Loch Ness boat tours, gas station/grocery about 2 blocks away and variety of restaurants. I recommend The Bothy for dinner. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error."

"This is a new spacious apartment., located 15 mins walk to centre of Aviemore. It’s got 3 bedrooms and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which was great as we had friends over for dinner one night. We stayed 3 nights in total. We had to contact the management Co as no hairdryer which they rectified with a brand new one as soon as the shops opened. My only gripe is the kitchen could be a bit better equipped .. only 3 glasses, ( 5 wine glasses but only 3 others) and cooking...

"Bynack House is a lovely Cairngorm getaway for a couple or small family. The house was clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfy beds etc. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine and some Tunnocks! Check in and out with the lock box was very easy and convenient. The place is within walking distance of everything you need, 5 minutes from a large Tesco, 7-10 minutes from the train station and bus stop. "Love Aviemore so booked the Spey valley lodges. The lodges are starting to look quite run down, especially the outside with peeling paint. The inside is a little dated but was clean enough. One of the single beds had no bottom sheet on it and a dead spider lying between blanket.Obviously this bed was not made up fresh. Check in is 5pm and checkout was 10am I find this utterly ridiculous. I did enjoy the onsite restaurant and bar. Staff were nice. I would come again but not at the prices they...
