Additionally, I was not informed in advance about the requirement for a deposit for the room key and remote control, which caused further inconvenience. Upon being assigned a room, I was disheartened to find that it was not cleaned, the television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi was inaccessible. Due to these issues, I had to request a room change. Moreover, the surrounding area seemed unsafe, with a notable risk of encountering incidents like robbery, which heightened my concern for personal safety. I hope the management will address these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.
