"Visited for melfest, so great location for friends arena. Room was in an ok condition, clean and tidy. The hotel is big but not much noise which was good. Facilities are minimal but useful (shower, tv etc). The best thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the evening staff who worked the barception during the melfest weekend. Cannot speak highly enough of them. Extremely welcoming and friendly, and got into the spirit of melfest. Even making melfest themed cocktails and handing out...

The main purpose of my stay was to be close to the airport for a 6am flight. Having the convenience of the shuttle was also of importance to me. "There may be a main road out front of the hotel and an airport five minutes away, but the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Breakfast is varied and excellent and the dinner is reasonably priced and has a different special each night. I will warn that the "starter" bacon french fries is massive."

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone."

"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "
