Clean spacious room, but a bit warm. As windows can’t open in Swedish hotels, it was not super comfortable as the airco took forever to bring down the temperature. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Will I stay here again? Probably if the price is right.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large and nice, and the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only upsetting thing was cost of the parking.

I would like to also thank Jon and the chef at the restaurant at the rest of the team for being attentive and provide a great service. The hotel had just opened two days prior to us arriving so everything was perfect. Staff were also super helpful and friendly and although the restaurant menu wasn’t extensive, the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

New hotel in Kista
I would say very bad service in the breakfast and really slow. Could not even got service before I needed to go to the office. Got compensate with double breakfast next morning, but yeah did not help much. There was also fire alarm in same day I happened to arrive to the hotel. Some doors closed automatically during the alarm, if was possible to open those doors manually but got confused to which way to go since doors were closed. I would say lot of things needs to improve in this hotel.

Please have windows closed
During my stay, I encountered significant difficulty with the windows in my room. It took three attempts for the staff to successfully close them, which caused discomfort due to noise and temperature fluctuations. While I appreciate the staff's efforts to assist me, the repeated attempts indicate a potential issue with maintenance or training. It may be beneficial for the hotel to conduct regular checks on window functionality and provide staff with additional training on how to handle such situations efficiently. I hope my feedback can help improve future guest experiences, as I enjoyed other aspects of my stay

Das Hotel ist in einem super Zustand. Das Personal auch sehr freundlich, Spa Bereich TipTop. Leider keine ausländischen Fernsehprogramme . Das war allerdings das einzige zum meckern.

Dragigt och kallt på rummet. Sängen var bra men kuddarna på tok gör fluffiga. Läget däremot var perfekt. Duschen svämmade över på golvet men annars fungerade den bra. Rätt då kasst att frukosten inte ingick men där får jag skylla mig själv för att jag inte kollade.

Jobbvecka i Silverdal
Bra och fräscht hotell, toppen på de flesta sätt. Jag har bara 2 saker att klaga på och det första är det värsta . Iskalla golv på rummen. Det kunde man åtgärda lätt med Tofflor på rummen. Och i restaurangen var menyn i minsta laget och på frukosten ställdes fram rökt skinka som det luktade surt av och salami som hade blivit brun av att stå i kylen över natten utan täckplast. Men det här är enkla saker att åtgärda och jag kan se det som "inkörningsproblem" som säkert kommer att åtgärdas. Jag kommer att ge hotellet ett nytt försök nästa gång jag jobbar på samma ställe, bra läge nära min arbetsplats i Silverdal denna vecka.
