"I was warned before and should have listened. I was told "a great hotel, but good luck checking in". Well, my friends checked in around the corner at Hotel C and were sorted in under a minute. I, however, faced a queue of 50 MINUTES, yes, FIFTY, to check in at Royal Viking. A line of 25-30 agitated people, just two check in desks open and the electronic check in computers not working either. I was furious! "Such a fab hotel, amazing views, wonderful breakfast, lovely staff, so chilled out! Great location for walking around the centre or for catching the tram or Tunnelbana. The only tiny complaint was that the mattress was way too soft for my back. Can’t wait to stay again 😍"

"Very convenient to metro. Friendly staff especially the one that welcomes you with a health shot when you arrive for breakfast. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."

"It had a great stay in Stockholm. The hotel was very clean and safe. The working spaces were perfect and quiet. The staff were super friendly and I loved being able to order coffee and tea at any time of the night. Would stay again and definitely recommend."

"We'd a perfectly pleasant 3 night stay here. We had just come from 5 nights in the Arctic & so had quite a bit of baggage with us. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was due to its location near transport hubs. It is just a couple of minutes - straight across the road from the Arlanda Express stop so that worked perfectly for us.
