"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location a block from the beach in Da Nang. There are restaurants, massage and convenience stores close by, as well as the Night Market within walking distance. "The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in. There was also no atmosphere around the pool area. No music. In these resorts we rely on the pools to occupy hours in the day especially for the kids and also since the beach is not overly...

"Especially for the lounge service, it must be upgraded much higher and luxurious to meet minimum level of other 5 star hotels. Such as location ( better view at higher floor or seaside ), Space ( too small ), variety of food, beverage ( incl. beer, wine )."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at Le Sands and loved the spacious apartment with its amazing view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety. The hotel is situated away from the main tourist centre, located in a more quiet area. The staff are also amazing. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Shout out to Lili and Jackson who were very friendly with our family. Highly recommend Le Sands "

"Nice resort with waterpark and onsen, very good restaurant. There is not much around the resort and it's quite far away from Da Nang center. The villa we've stayed in would need a bit of touch up here and there (dirty walls/ceiling, cracked sink), but had comfy beds and japanese toilet. Main hotel building looked good, food both at the main restaurant and at the waterpark was very good. Waterpark was great for kids, onsen was really good. Overall very nice resort."

"Excellent value with breakfast buffet! Asian choices with a wide variety each day.Top deck on 27th floor has an infinity pool with fantastic views of the skyline and ocean. Nice dining venue on the 28th floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean or city! Rooms were spacious. Option with either ocean view or city views! Amenities include bath robe, coffee, tea, slippers, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste!"
