"Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight"

"The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Arok. The location was convenient, right across from the train station. Breakfast was outstanding, with many excellent selections. Staff were helpful and kind. Beds were ok, could be a little softer for my taste. Room was a little too warm for me (winter time). We would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Nice apartment need improvement on bed and pillows. Need more items on the kitchen in order to cook . Need new towels. Very close to the mall and town center. The offer free hot vine which was perfect coming back from the cold weather . Recommended "

"Staff was very friendly. Walkable to sites but not much in the area directly. The room was over all clean but had quit a bit of mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Enjoyed the breakfast with many options!"

"Really good for a weekend stay. Close access to the station and the city center. Lovely and generous buffet breakfast. The rooms are on the small side, but for a weekend getaway is just perfect. Staff members are very friendly too. "

"Hôtel très sympathique. Arrêt de tram juste en face de l’hôtel permettant d’aller dans le centre en une dizaine de minutes. Petit dej raisonnable, et parking très appréciable (moyennant supplément). Je recommande cet hôtel si vous venez en voiture, il est idéalement situé. Je reviendrai. "

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place! "

"The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again.
