"This is the third year we have stayed to celebrate an AGM. Frankly we were very disorganised re. Numbers. But the Pilgrim were amazing accommodating 40/45 people all very last minute, the food was totally amazing bearing in mind there were so many different variables for a three course meal coming of their table D’hote menu. All delivered in flustered and with smiles on faces. The kitchen staff must have been frantic but boy did they deliver. Thank you again and see you all on December 1st...

"Fantastic stay, the food and beer was excellent (both dinner and breakfast). The room was clean and tidy, with fresh milk in a mini fridge at no extra cost - great touch. I had a great nights sleep, if I'm working in the Worcester area again, I'll defo stay here again 5 stars all day long. every person working at the bell, made me feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the place, nothing was to much trouble. "Advantages; ample parking. Good value. Short walk to the Quays where the new/modern restaurants are. One mile to the cathedral. There are nearby supermarkets. Downsides: thin walls: you hear your neighbors. The bed is a cheap, noisy metal thing. The common area/kitchen is subject to the behaviors of your neighbors. During my stay, they proved themselves to be total slobs."

"I had a superior room and I was very pleased. The room was massive, the bed was comfy and the bath was lovely too. I had a Sunday roast in the restaurant too and that was delicious. Breakfast was great too. I felt very relaxed and wish I could have stayed for longer! "

"Very quirky and charming building stairs to access bedrooms would not be suitable for everyone. Staff on the whole were very pleasant and attentive. The entrance to the car park is quite narrow but it was great to have the option. The hotel is right on one of the main shopping streets with lots of lovely coffee shops and gift/antique shops. The breakfast was lovely with high quality ingredients. "
