"We ordered a room with two beds, but they didn't have any when we arrived. They upgraded us to a suite, which was really nice.The living room with a couch and two chairs and a TV, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. The problem was we wanted two beds, not a bed in a pull out couch."

"Great location- easy walking to the National Mall, Monuments, Museums and the Wharf. Breakfast at the Capital Bistro onsite was delicious and the Starbucks inside made for a quick grab and go snack option. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the fire alarm went off about midnight one night but thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate."

"Transportation to downtown DC was extremely easy with the tunnel to the metro under the hotel. The made to order omelettes at breakfast were delicious. I wish the pre-made items like sausage, eggs etc were warmer. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the end of each busy day. There was plenty of parking in the downstairs garage as well. Hope to see the mall revitalized so that there are more shopping options in the building. We’d stay again."
