"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"Advice for those booking: 1. Hotel name does not match the listing here. It is “Balambra Hotel Les Menuries” 2. The “Les Bruyeres” bus stop is right outside so really easy for accessing other parts of Les menuries if you’d like to by bus or if an airport transfer drops you off at the Gare routière. Review: This hotel was a great place for my first time in Les Menuries. I was nervous going as an American but I was able to do everything I wanted despite not knowing really much French at all....

"This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. "Le studio pour 4 n'est pas pour 4, nous étions 2 et c'était le max. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de commodité (un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 7 jours, pas de sel et poivre, ...).
