"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"Great location, just a short walk to the beaches! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. The service staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I did experience some bug bites during the night, which affected my sleep due to the itchiness. However, the management was very responsive and promptly changed all the bedding as soon as I reported the issue."

"The adults only hotel was a nice change, quiet, clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and kind, room was modern and comfortable. The location and view was quiet and scenic. Would stay here again when we come back to the Algarves!!!"
