"I got to go on a trip with my daughter and her husband with their newborn baby and it was such a luxury to just relax and enjoy the large room and hang out with my grandson… It’s just wonderful having all that space and everything so clean and new… There’s nothing to do but relax. "

"They recently renovated the rooms. The room was really nice. They also have guest laundry - which is very handy. The food (dinner and breakfast) was very good! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The only downside is that they charge for parking a ridiculous rate of $19 per day. Other than that, it was a pretty good place to stay for one night. "

"Great location, those with health issues be mindful there is no elevator, they do have a bell boy that can help with luggage. Il fornio restaurant is literally attached to the hotel. Our king bed was comfortable, room was a little snug because of the chairs. We were on the 3rd floor, bathrrom was roomy with a closet and bathroom was decent size."

"This Inn is in a good location, nice downhill walk to center of Carmel. Our room was very large and we loved the gas fireplace. Manager was pleasant, but the office is minimally staffed and closed most of the time. It's also where the ice machine is, so load up if it's open and keep the bucket in your fridge and it lasts. The cleaning staff does not read or understand English, so I had to get a bath towel from our room and hold up one finger to get an extra. The big drawback to this place, for...

"The front desk person seemed to have no clue what she was doing. Our room was not ready when we arrived then 2 mins later we get a text it was. We went back to the desk she said it was a mistake. She then found a different room that was open told us the room number gave us keys for a different room than what she told us. Very messy and confusing. Other than that the hotel was fantastic. "
