"The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling...

"Good pousada in praia do forte, nice decoration good ambient music, good breakfast, room was not big but ok for two people with an extra bed to put luggage, easy access to main street with lots of restaurants "

"Location is good in the posh resort of Praia do Forte, close to Salvador de Bahia. Staff was generally friendly and breakfast was above average (Brazilian are demanding about their breakfast...). However the overall condition of the hotel facilities would, at most, qualify it for 3 stars. The price was, however, similar to the Sheraton Bahia Hotel where I stayed right after leaving Praia do Forte, hugely overpriced."

"Great location, Beach was very nice and safe. The employees are so nice. The hotel is old, they did some work, but still not enough. Have that old building smell and loom. Towels and bed sheets has a little smell of old or not dry right. Food is good. Wacht out for the marketing people trying sell time share/vacation club."

"The reception was good not great. The amenities such as the pool and room size was much smaller than advertised. The price per day for this hotel was pre-covid and the popularity of the area in salvador Brazil.. I guess in time they will Improve"

"razoável. de modo geral, foi uma boa experiência. o lugar é lindo! mais a limpeza deixou a desejar (não tivemos o quarto arrumado ou limpo nenhum dia após hospedagem). existiram outras questões relativas a cultura, mais nada de mais. foi um bom fim de semana, mais acredito que não devo voltar."

"Sem dúvidas a localização e a estrutura de praia são sensacionais. O ponto fraco fica para a comida, talvez menos variedade e mais sabor . Infelizmente, num jantar e num almoço encontrei fios de cabelo na salada . A limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa , muito pó embaixo das camas e nos cantos. Se as escadas de acesso aos quartos fossem melhor cuidadas em termos de limpeza , seria uma ótima opção e evitaria o uso do elevador."

"Stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful hotel grounds, pool, and beach. Beach seemed private which was perfect for when I proposed to my now fiance. Definitely will be coming back, possibly for anniversaries or the wedding ceremony. There is also a great small town to get supplies right across the main road, with a nice churrascaria."
