"Staff and service were very good. At very short notice and without a booking we were found a table and dining for 5 people in the very busy restaurant so allowing us to have an evening meal and get to a show at the local theatre. Top marks. Having been prompted to reserve a table for breakfast on Sunday morning we turned up at our reservation time only to be told that there were no tables available. "You've got all what you need if your planning to visit Raglan Castle as we did. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was nice and comfortable. Easy check in. Give your car's license plate so you won't pay for parking. Highly recommended. A+++"

"Staff members were excellent, extremely kind and helpful. They work very hard. Breakfast was excellent. Evening menu could be better. The hotel lacks a lounge area for guests. The car park is inadequate and difficult to negotiate. View from the terrace is lovely. "

"Had a lovely Mothers day meal but unfortunately we were placed by the side entrance and people were constantly opening the door . It was absolutely freezing in there , poor Mother is 90 and it was way too cold for her . The roast meal however was faultless lovely and tasty and piping hot . Hotel Room could do with updating but it was very spacious and exceptionally clean . "
